This is a list of locations for updating your ID Card. It would be better to call ahead as some locations only issue id cards on certain days & make sure their system is in operation. If you have never had an ID card the Retiree must furnish a copy of DD214 and retirement orders, for the spouse she must have her marriage license and birth certificate. Now you must also have two forms of identification to get your ID card now. REMEMBER DEPENDENTS ID CARDS NEED TO BE RENEWED EVERY 4 YEARS CHECK UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER OF YOUR CARD FOR DATE OF EXPIRATION. ALSO ID CARDS NEED TO BE UPDATED WHEN YOU TURN 65 AND GO ON MEDICARE PARTS A & B FOR BOTH DEPENDENTS AND RETIREE.
