Juvenile Records Are Kept Confidential
Court
Records
All court records are maintained and kept by the clerk as permanent
records. With the exception of juvenile court records, these records are
public information.
Payment
The Circuit Clerk also collects payments for the Juvenile
Courts, including collection of fines, penalties, restitution and costs.
Payments may be made in Room #201 of the Courthouse or sent by mail, but be sure the name and case number is
written on the check or money order. (If seeing a probation officer,
follow his/her instructions for payment.)
Please make all checks and money orders payable to the Benton County Circuit Clerk (BCCC).
The Circuit Clerk's office cannot make any changes to your restitution payment
schedule. Any such changes need to be approved by the Court. Please contact your attorney.
