The 9-1-1 Administration Office, under the guidance of a five-member board, is responsible for the effective and efficient operation and administration of the countywide 9-1-1 Emergency Communications System (ECS) that will meet the emergency communication needs throughout County.

The 9-1-1 Administration Office, in conjunction with, Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) and all emergency service providers, such as:

Fire departments
Emergency medical personnel
Law enforcement agencies
